Dear colleagues,

Can you spare 10 minutes to help shape the future of public service transformation in Ireland? If so, could you please complete this questionnaire on digital public services, and share widely with others in your network too.

This DPER questionnaire forms part of the public consultation on the future of digital public services, and reflects the overall strategy of transformation and innovation for the public service.

As key stakeholders, and individual users of Irish public services, your input is of significant importance to the final findings.

Your views are sought under three main areas:

1. Do you have ideas for improving existing public services?

2. Are there reasons you do not use digital public services?

3. Are there services you think should be available online?

For more information please visit this page, and the press statement to accompany this initiative can be viewed here.

Best wishes,

The Public Service Transformation Delivery team, DPER
