The WHO and IAEA have launched a Survey to determine the factors influencing the unscheduled downtime of major radiotherapy equipment. The results of the assessment will help countries, as well as WHO and IAEA to better plan their activities related to this field, which is essential to achieving sustainable radiotherapy services. It is intended that the results of this survey will be published but all the data collected through this questionnaire will be treated confidentially, collated for statistics and will not identify your radiotherapy centre.
