With offices in Dublin and Cork, the technical team install and service medical devices for a variety of customers. The customer base is nationwide and includes hospitals, hospices, disability services, nursing homes, schools and community care.

 

Due to continued growth we are looking for a Service Technician to join the team primarily covering Dublin and surrounding counties. Ideally suited to someone with a growth mindset and a positive outlook as these quality characteristics blend well within

the company culture.

 

This role is Monday to Friday with no requirement for on call or weekend work.

 

Main responsibilities will include:

• To service, repair and maintain our range of medical devices.

• Preparing and filling in our field based software.

• Develop and maintain a good relationship with all customers.

• To work in a safety conscious manner with consideration for our customers to minimise their disruption.

• A degree of flexibility, helping out other departments as required.

• Solution driven and the ability to collaborate with your team to deliver a high standard of service.

 

Skills:

• Must have a technical background and/or qualification.

• Problem solving skills – the ability to identify solutions.

• Must be a well organised and a meticulous worker.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.

• To work well as part of a team but equally well working on own initiative and comfortable taking a lead role.

• Good level/knowledge of working with computers/smart phones/tablets.

• Self-driven, results orientated with a clear focus on high quality and customer relationships.

• Continuously looking at ways of process and workflow improvements.

 

Additional Requirements:

• Field based experience desirable.

• Full clean valid Rep of Ireland/EU driving license.

• Ability to travel and work away from home when required.

• Safe Pass.

• Manual Handling Certificate.

• Must be of neat appearance with a high emphasis on personal hygiene.

• Awareness of ISO 9001:2015 QMS.

Renumeration:

• Package based on experience (€35k to €45k pa).

• Company van, tools and uniform supplied.

• Company phone.

No on call hours or weekend work.
