Field Service Engineer

Healthcare 21 Group are currently looking to recruit a Medical Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic, willing to learn in a progressive environment. 

Full training will be provided along with continued support and coaching from management and colleagues within the Medical Engineering team.

 Key responsibilities and activities:

• To support a wide range of medical equipment located within the hospital environment.
• Technical support, repair, installation and commissioning of leading brands in medical equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance as per manufacturers guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with all customers.
• Manage equipment maintenance scheduling.
• Document preparation and certificate issuing.
• To work as part of the Service Team.
• Full awareness and participation in ISO standards.
• Work closely with managers and provide daily progress updates.
• To work in a safety conscious manner and with consideration for our customers to minimise their disruption.
