Health Technology Innovation Awards 2021

The Convention Centre Dublin has been chosen to host this Black Tie Gala Dinner and HealthTech Innovation Awards event this year.
Guests have the opportunity to mingle at our Pre Dinner Drinks Reception beginning at 7.00 pm and meet the shortlisted entries for each category of the 2021 HealthTech Innovation Awards.
The Awards ceremony and Gala Dinner will commence at 8.00pm.

Heath Technology Innovations Awards 2021

Biomedical & Clinical Engineers who are members of BEAI are eligible to enter any of the Health Technology Innovation Awards being hosted by Health Tech Ireland on 25th November 2021.

It is important to promote and highlight the importance of Biomedical Engineering personnel in advancing the science, technology, ethics and art of Biomedical Engineering and to facilitate co-operation and understanding with industry and other healthcare professionals.

HealthTech Ireland are adapting the award criteria of the BEAI sponsored Clinical Engineering Healthcare Technology Support Award this year to facilitate greater participation from hospital-based clinical engineering professionals in recognising excellence from industry.

Hospital based (non-corporate) BEAI members are eligible to nominate HealthTech Ireland members who provide excellent support services for equipment, medical devices and other health technologies being used in their hospitals, using the following criteria;

• Responsiveness: time to resolution of issue;
• Technical knowledge and expertise;
• Clinical-technical knowledge;
• Suitability of documentation: format, timeliness, comprehensiveness;
• Patient-focus;
• Understanding client needs;
• Innovative solutions orientation;
• Value for money

Based on BEAI member feedback, the top three HealthTech Ireland technical services providers for 2021 will be announced at the gala dinner and awards celebration on the night with the overall winner receiving the top prize.
