"I’m a big fan of documentation. I think it’s my favorite "most exiting" thing to do after equipment fault investigations. Also, I am sure that every single record of the equipment history that is not written down or documented equates to wasted resources and potential 'headache' in the future.
Such philosophy of documentation-first culture does not suggest everyone is busy writing notes and creating work orders all day. It means that clinical engineers appreciate the value of proper recording of equipment history where they could share their findings, achievements and experiences in the future."
