The Global Clinical Engineering Alliance continue to strive towards a shared mission of advancing clinical engineering practices worldwide, and are inviting you to express your interest in serving as a member of the five committees of the alliance.

The committees play a vital role in shaping the direction and activities of the alliance, and they are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about contributing their expertise and insights to their collective efforts. The five committees are:

Professional Development Committee (PDC)

Healthcare technology Foundation (HTF) Committee

Membership Committee

Awards Program Committee

Publication Committee

Each committee will require a varying level of engagement, including regular virtual meetings, collaboration on projects and initiatives, and communication via email or other channels as necessary.

We understand that your time is valuable, and we aim to ensure that committee involvement is both rewarding and manageable for all members.

Serving as a committee member is not just a responsibility; it is an opportunity to shape the future of our profession. Those elected to serve on our committees will play a pivotal role in driving forward initiatives that have a tangible impact on clinical engineering practices and professionals worldwide.

Please note that this invitation is exclusively open to members of our alliance and is as an honorary commitment. By serving as a committee member, you will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with fellow experts to develop and implement professional development initiatives that empower clinical engineers to excel in their roles.
• Contribute your insights and expertise to the Healthcare Technology Foundation (HTF) Committee, driving forward research and initiatives aimed at advancing healthcare technology.
• Assist in enhancing membership experience and engagement within our alliance, ensuring that every member feels valued and supported.
• Play a key role in recognising and celebrating excellence within our community through our Awards Program Committee.
• Contribute to the development and dissemination of valuable publications that contribute to the knowledge base of clinical engineering through our Publication Committee.
