Job Title and Grade

HSCP Deliver Project Officer, National Health and Social Care Professions Office,

Expressions of Interest are invited from employees in a health and social care professional role, working in the HSE, TUSLA, and bodies which provide services on behalf of the HSE under Section 38 of the Health Act, 2004. Each candidate must:  (i) be employed at a minimum of a HSCP clinical grade or administrative Grade VII, (ii) have a minimum of 7 years post qualification full-time clinical experience or an aggregate of 7 years full time clinical experience, (iii) have a minimum of 3 years’ experience or an aggregate of 3 years in the clinical area of critical care services at a senior clinical level.

Reassignment will be on a grade-to-grade basis and current remuneration will apply.

Purpose of the Post

The purpose of this post is to facilitate engagement with HSCP Deliver - A Strategic Guidance Framework for Health and Social Care Professions 2021 – 2026, and provide structured, project management and administration support for the widespread implementation process and associated project work required.

 

The current vacancy (1.0 WTE) will be filled based on a reassignment/secondment.  It will be for a 2 year fixed duration time period.

Reassignment will be on the basis of skills match following a meeting with the selection panel. Short listing may apply on the information supplied in CV submitted.

Location of Post

The National HSCP Offices are located in Phoenix Hall, St. Mary’s Hospital Campus, Phoenix Hall, D20 CK33 and Clinical and Administration Block A, HSE Merlin Park, Galway, H91 N973.  Flexibility and commitment to travel is required.
