Thanks to Lynn Gaynor, Principal Physicist at Beaumont Hospital, for her excellent presentation this week on Laser Safety as part of the Continuing Education Series.  A copy of the presentation slide deck is available on the BEAI Website.  Attendees are entitled to earn 1 CPD Credit upon submission of a Reflective Learning Report.

Save the date for the next edition of the Continuing Education Series, which will take place on Wednesday, February 23rd.  Further details to follow.   

Attached, please find details of a symposium being held by The National Office for Trauma Services in Cork Univerisy Hospital on Saturday, 19th February 2022.  This symposium will explore different models of in-patient service delivery seen in Major Trauma Centres in Australia, England and Northern Ireland, highlighting strengths and challenges, and sign-posting opportunities for the development of these services in Ireland.  This symposium is aimed at clinicians, nurses, HSCPs and others working in, or with an interest in working at, the Major Trauma Centre(s).  Register your place at this event here.  It would be greatly appreciated if you would please circulate this link to colleagues who may have an interest in attending this symposium; however please not that places are limited.
